Applicability of HR Manual and Certain Explanations to the Employees


Human Resource Manual (Rules and Applicability)

 

  1. These policies and procedures shall be called the “HRMPK Human Resource Manual”, as amended from time to time.
2.    These rules shall come into force with immediate effect and shall be deemed to be applicable to all existing employees of HRMPK, and shall supersede any existing service rules, administrative practices or precedents currently being followed.
  1. Where the rules are silent on a subject, the matter will be referred to the Senior Management Committee for clarification. 

Section 2.01 Applicability

These rules shall apply to all persons employed currently, or in the future, by the HRMPK on monthly basis, contract or temporary service.

Section 2.02 Interpretation

The Board of Directors shall be responsible of the explanation of any of these regulations as recommended by the Executive Committee and its conclusion shall be final and obligatory on all persons to whom these rules are pertinent.

Section 2.03 Alteration of Rules

1.    The Board shall have full powers to make any amendment, addition or alteration in these rules as recommended by the Executive Committee, from time to time as may be necessary. The approved revisions to the rules shall be deemed effective from the date; the said amendments, addition or alteration is approved. COO will be responsible to communicate all amendments, additions and alterations.

2.   In cases where circumstances necessitate an immediate amendment, addition or alteration in these rules and the matter cannot be referred to the Board for approval for its not being in session, and the amendment, addition or alteration is required for smooth execution of business during the period the policy is presented before the Board and final decision is made thereupon in any of the Board’s subsequent meetings, the COO may issue an interim policy with approval of the Executive Committee.
