Section 11 Employee Motivation Survey (HR Manual Continued)

HRMPK understands the fact that employee motivation is the key towards the development of its operations. Therefore, HRMPK will conduct employee motivation survey to ensure the adequate level of employee motivation.

Section 11.01 Key Principles

a)         HRD will forward the Employee Motivation Survey Forms to the entire staff and each of the workmen in your organization.

b)         It is needed that workmen should fill the Survey Forms and frontward to HRD predefined time span.


c)         HR Representative will combine the consequences in a statement and HR Manager will review the same before submitting to the top management for further consideration.

d)         Financial Head will assess the details and top management will grant the same.

It is already discussed earlier that feedback is the most essential and desirable material useful in making several plans and new advancements. Employee’s motivation provides maximum output in less time and save the resources of the organization in efficient manners.

Often it is observed the various organizations start new plans and developments in the current concerns but due to lack of proper feedback and desire of the employee, major investments get flop and waste the time, energies and resources.
