Section 5.06 Head Count Budgeting & Job Descriptions (HR Manual Continued)

Headcount budget is annually defined and get approved well in time t avoid any misunderstanding at some time regarding over hiring issue or related problems.              Organogram and head count budget shall be prepared by Human Resource Department on the annual basis of HRMPK Business Plan that is defined during the start of the year ad certain bench marks are settled,
Senior Management is held responsible for the recurring review according to the time changes and span required. The Board of Directors is the final approving authority of nonprofit organizations whilst the organization heads are the sole decision maker in this regard according to the company and situation.
             Annual head count budget will be presented to final authorities annually for final approval.

Section 5.07 Job Description

Human Resource Department will make, design and distribute the proper job descriptions for entire staff and employees at the time of hiring will be handed over to have a clear idea about what the company expects from this position. Revision to head count shall be suggested after the evaluation of the job description by the Human Resource Head.

Section 5.08 Job Specification
 
HR should ensure that job specification exist for all approved positions and it would be ensured at the time of hiring /promotion that person meets the job specification of position.
